REfficient: Preparing for Growth Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In early 2011, REfficient's creator, an asset recovery service located in Hamilton, Ontario, was thinking about how it should handle the rapid growth that appeared just around the corner. Advanced in the "green" sense due to the company's advanced reuse, recycle or resell version, along with its incorporated carbon footprint estimator, REfficient was an excellent fit for the application. But how would it cope with an increasingly big number of things, given its limited space and resources?
