In 1989, a company was founded by Deniz Sale and later on it was undertaken by his two sons, Caner & Can. It was a renowned Car Co. & originally established in a small town named as Bergama, Turkey. The idea to relocate the current location from Bergama to Izmir was later implemented by the Deniz’s Family because in Bergama there was a small ratio of population and less chances of business expansion so in 1998, the company was moved towards the area, where more chances of profit and high demand of automobiles were present. Until 2008, 54 shares of marketing are occupied by this company. The Company is sub dealer of a world famous brand, namely, Renault. Two stores were held by Yellow Auto Co., these are Gaziemir & Cambidi. There are mainly two essential options for any car market, one of which is the high demand of marketed models, and the other one is the customized cars which are designed according to the needs and demands of the customers. Renault, an automobile multinational globally notorious company which was recognized in 1899, and is responsible to a wide range of production of cars, and in early times, it was manufacturing tanks, buses, auto rails and trucks, etc. It is a French company.

The following changes are made to address the further organizational level issues which includes:

  • The overall structure of the organization which was undertaken by Can and Caner, in which Caner was responsible to accept or reject the ideas and proposals while his younger brother Can was relaying upon the final decisions made by Caner.

The HR Policies should also needed to change because this was a family oriented business and the three main family members were running the administration by hiring some sales and directing manager staff...............
