The ability to communicate effectively in different cultures is the ability inherent in all, however, is becoming increasingly important in the global world of business today. Recently, this skill has been called cultural intelligence (CQ), and attracted the attention of business leaders and researchers. While previous studies have examined the possible effects of cultural intelligence, perhaps precursors discussed in this paper. This study provides some insight into the impact of cultural influences on CQ, and the development of an understanding of the depth of the cultural influences on the cultural impact of human intelligence. The results suggest that some types of exposure to other cultures (such as education abroad and employment abroad) and the level of exposure to these experiences enrich the cultural intelligence. These data are important for multinational companies as managers to hire, promote, train and support staff for international assignments. In addition, some of them discussed how cultural intelligence is an important skill for global business leaders, and it is likely that CQ will become more important with the increasing diversity in the workforce.
