Unlocking the Performance of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Given the crucial role it plays in today's business, chief information officer (CIO) is regarded as having significant responsibility for ensuring that its value is optimized. However, the history of IT investment was not lit and, therefore, is to blame for this situation, is usually placed at the foot of CIO. To further examine the role of CIO and its relationship to organizational activities, interviews were conducted with CIOs, CEOs, and commentators. Analysis of the data model relating to the role of the CIO organizational efficiency enabled by IT has been developed.
