Technological innovation is on the verge of bringing about a momentous change throughout the international economy, creating great benefits and challenges, in equal measure, as stated by the chairman of the World Economic Forum.
He described what he called'the fourth industrial revolution', which is based on three sets of fads: digital, real and biological. In order to thrive in this environment, he argued that public-private research cooperation should increase, and that they should be structured towards human capital and construction knowledge for the advantage of all.
