Striking at the Queen Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The focus in this case is a series of ethical dilemmas faced by three students in their pursuit of solutions perceived mismanagement, financial irregularities and possible fraud by administrators of their university. After Calvin Collins, Kent Russell, and Daniel Morris (who became known as Tech-3) accidentally found a confidential university payrolls dropped into an unprotected area, they took the records and applies to several administrators. Because they were rejected by the university staff and students "went public" in the media and in the State Capitol. After their public cry for the resignation of the university president, three students were placed on probation and two of the three were arrested on criminal charges. University administrators tried to destroy the solidarity of three students. After several months of "fighting a good fight," was invited to a few temptations Collins trustee of the university. Collins has to decide whether to accept the temptations and convince their friends, they have to give up their struggle for better working conditions at the university. If they continue to demand changes, they will go up against extremely difficult obstacles. The administration makes it impossible for them to complete their degrees.
