Statements Media Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Two young entrepreneurs are considering the formation of a business that provides new and innovative forms of advertising. Students must evaluate the company, including whether the available funding is sufficient or if additional funding will be needed. Students are required to perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the proposed business. Qualitatively, the students have to evaluate partners respective capabilities, as well as a business concept itself for potential success. Quantitatively, students must prepare a projected cash budget and projected financial statements for the first year to get a better understanding of monetary operations needs and the potential for financial success. This quantitative analysis will also provide students with the answers to the partners to withdraw from the business, the need for funding and the level of additional funding is required, if any.
