Spin Master Toys (B): New E-Chargers Supplier Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Producer were selected to produce a new product Spin Master Toys', E-Charger. Two weeks in the product development process, Operations Manager was concerned that progress was unsatisfactory products, and that, as a consequence, toys Spin Master, is likely to miss the ship date for the launch of the product. His options were to move forward with the current provider, to try to reach an agreement with another company, which is listed on the contract, or to seek another supplier. He was to assess the opportunities and impact of each will have to meet the shipping date.
