A group of three entrepreneurs endeavored to create a suitable plan for an unorganized secondary market of used computers from the perspective of an evolving market. The group determined the digital divide as the larger social problem and e-waste management issues, they determined an emerging market for enabling customers to use IT by exploiting the used computers. To do so, the group made an in-depth evaluation of external environment and IT industry from both the micro and macro level perspective.
