In an endeavor to organizing the scattered secondary market a team of three entrepreneurs tried to create a viable plan in a typical emerging market context. Identifying e-waste management problems as well as the electronic divide as overarching social issues, they identified a possible market for empowering consumers through affordable use of information technology (IT) by re-harnessing the potential of computers that were used. In doing thus the three entrepreneurs identified emerging marketplace features and macro analyses of the environment as well as the IT sector.
