Introduction

The case discusses the importance of analyzing the organizational behavior and its effect in the particular environment where a personal experience has been identified under different circumstances and therefore, determined the cause and effects of every situation. Basically, organizational behavior is mainly composed of the internal and external environment, the internal environment indicates that there may be some conflicts or the leadership management, which would have an impact over the judgement.

On the other hand, the external environment consists of the effects outside the organization that means the level of recognition and value each subject would have made. Thus, from the following case, it shows that a whole story has been defined of an individual person regarding the adoption of behavior in different situations.

Behavioral Issue

When he was hired for the first technical training session, he determined that an organization and the environment are too mechanistic and different to adopt because of the strict rules and regulations where a minor mistake could be accused of a big mistake due to the fact that one misunderstanding could lead to increase the conflicts among the management or the organization.

Same was the case for an individual when he complains about the socks colors that he should wear because his old boss didn’t take much consideration about the colors. Therefore,he discussed with his new colleague in order to know that there was no need to follow the white socks strictly as mentioned by the former boss.

Later his colleague complained to the management which worsened the situation for him regarding to break the rules of the training. With the time period of three years, he was forced to of being criticized due to the behavior because of the previous negative impression he had with the organization. Moreover,he forced his new commanding officer to shift to the new team under training.

Therefore, when he hired for the new team, his experience increased the conflict management where the new boss attacked him in terms of personal life and complaint and disclosed negative words towards him. Thus, again he shifted to another new team management however this transfer had a positive impact on his career as he faced a new boss under strong leadership quality who forced him to enhance his talent and work efficiency overtime under support.

The new boss analyzed that his behavior was positive with the organizational standards and rules, positive attitude towards the team members, hard worker in every situation and loyal with his boss according to the work being performed. Under all these situations, now it is time to analyze the behavior and causes of different situations in terms of applying the organizational behavior’s perspective and models.

This would help to analyze and recommend certain actions in order to overcome such conflicts and environmental consequences in the future. Also for the individual, it is better to know that he should follow the sudden organizational rules in order to avoid the excepted outcome which would affect his career badly.
