As a director of supply chain management Michael Makinda needs to focus on the inflow and outflow of the inventory and record the performance of each employee as well as keep a check and balancing system that will reduce the risk of shipping issues and help to collect the accurate information of the client which improve the supply chain operations. Barry Silverberg and Michael need to be in unbroken communication with each other and with the workforce of the inventory management department of each DCs across the country through which they can monitor and control the inventory system and communication gap.
