Learning in Real Time: Role-Plays in Educational Scenarios Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Managing conflicts and differences have always been necessary, but difficult, skill to master for effective leadership. This event was designed to build experience in the development of internal and external relations and conflict resolution. Founded in pedagogy of experiential learning, the case is composed of three role-playing scenarios that illustrate three difficult situations education. In each scenario, the two men face a possible difference in perspective or purpose. Role-playing game requires students to take the role of one of the people, each scenario requires a student to start subsequent discussions. Please note that this case should be printed on one side only.
