ISlide, Inc. Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

ISlide is the narrative of a nascent entrepreneur, Justin Kittredge, who used his expertise and knowledge of the athletic footwear market to start his own footwear business, a maker/distributor of customizable athletic sandals known as "slides." The case exemplifies many of the theories of Entrepreneurial Thought and Action - where an entrepreneur starts with the theories of Who am I, What do I know, and Whom do I understand.

Justin, the founder, a former Reebok executive and college basketball player, is enthusiastic about coaching and basketball young people. The case illustrates how Justin develops a business in a market that hasn't yet been manipulated by the huge footwear firms.
