Institute for Healthcare Improvement: The 5 Million Lives Campaign Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The Institute for the Healthcare Improvement's (IHI) 100,000 Lives Campaign finished in June 2006. This 18-month campaign looked for to conserve 100,000 individuals from unneeded death in U.S. health centers, and is the topic of case L-13. To effectively achieve its objectives, IHI employed a vast array of companies, consisting of healthcare facilities, regulative firms, insurance coverage business, medical associations, and other Healthcare-related groups to interact towards the typical goal of enhancing client security.
