Ibrahim Dabdoub at the National Bank of Kuwait Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Ibrahim Dabdoub, the Group chief executive of National Bank of Kuwait responded on his previous 30 years at the helm of the Bank. Under his direction, NBK grew from a small local bank to one of the preeminent financial institutions in the region.

However, subsequent to the international financial crisis of the Arab Spring and also 2008, NBK had to hinder its regional expansion. Dabdoub speculated if the Bank is positioned to flourish and carry through its collective dream to become the Arab regional bank by 2020.
