The Hongxin Entrepreneur Incubator is situated in Xiamen in the Fujian Province of China and has experienced unprecedented growth between 2001 and 2013. President and its founder has received widespread acclaim as he helped to launch and turn around more than 100 local companies, both start ups and enterprises that were developed.
He now plans to develop and grow the incubator by setting it up as an internet platform that support and would join an alliance of entrepreneurs on a scale never seen before in China. As he looks forward to taking it in this new direction, he wonders how he should keep his philosophy of caring for the community of entrepreneurs while maximizing gains and is able to ensure persisting success.
