Hindustan Lever (A): Leaping Millenium Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This three-part series of cases points to the new business model, developed by Hindustan Lever (HLL) to tap the business potentials and sustainability hidden in rural India. It focuses on a win-win partnership with the village, the women self-help groups (SHGs). HLL helps GSP access to micro-credit, which is usually limited.
