Hindalco’s Acquisition of Novelis: The Making of a Giant Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

On the May 16th, 2007, India-based Hindalco Industries, an ancillary of AV Birla Group of businesses got the US-Canadian aluminum giant Novelis. The acquisition was the result of an arrangement arrived at between Hindalco and Novelis on February 10, 2007.
