Freddie Mac: Managing in Conservatorship Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Ed Haldeman has recently become Chief Executive Officer of Freddie Mac, one of three leading government sponsored enterprises (GSEs) charged with supporting U.S. residential mortgage finance.
