Stan Shih, founder, CEO of Acer, Inc, was elected to the active transition "ideal" successor as CEO, but is now facing serious problems. In the past two years, his successor, Leonard Liu made the changes that he was hired to do, including the reconstruction of the organizational structure and training of a new corporate culture that emphasized the responsibility.
