Executive Leadership and ITs Technical Details: Teaching Approach for Steelscreen.com and Beyond Case Solution
In this paper, I claim that executive leaders can and should be prepared to see chances that are timely and prevent important failures, even if it necessitates comprehending IT technical details. An essential part of executive direction is exception direction - and exceptions happen everywhere, frequently surfacing nothing more, as details. Here I present two instances that demonstrate technology is no exception. In this paper, I summarize how Steelscreen.com's and RoweCom's early years can exemplify why comprehension IT technical details helps clarify IT-related failures and accomplishments.
