Developing Build Blox as an Entrepreneurial Venture Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The case, established in 2012 and 2013, follows two students who registered into a business accelerator program; who experience the uncertainty of creating an idea from an interesting "sandbox," or extensive problem space, (in this scenario, the construction industry) and then developing it into an advanced idea for a new business.

Both students arouse a broad range of responses from people in the construction industry and use that feedback to develop their enterprise notion. The case is procedure-focused in that there is not one "correct" answer in terms of how the students should proceed with developing their thought. Instead, the case provides an opportunity to practice making right choices based on external feedback.
