Acumen desires to build the field of "social investing" by creating a brand new asset class for investors who care about social impact. Doing so will need working with competitions in the area in order to create standards and benchmarks of measurement. Can Acumen develop industry-wide benchmarks when peer organizations are concerned about confidentiality of data? Without such comparisons will investors be attracted by Acumen to the field?
