The use of evidence base practice has increased an advanced practice role of a researcher.

The evidence based practice refers to the intervention, provided to the patients only after the clinically tested studies conducted by the researchers (Eastern Illionois University, 2018). The basic needs of an evidence based report includes the provision of best quality care, prevention of harm towards the patient and provision of clinical judgment.

The nursing report enables the care system top coordinate and integrates the information from one system to another health care system. The nursing report can be provided orally or in written; however, more preference is given to a written nursing report. The advance practice nurse enables the nurses to take advantage of the opportunities by improving their skills, knowledge, confidence levels, and helps them in increasing their scope within the health care system. Jean Watson’s theory of human caring is the theory that explains how to deal with patients. According to it human beings deserves to be treated with respect, dignity and care, as they are different from objects and things (Watson, 2021).

This principle can be applied in various aspects of dealing with patient during nursing practices,such as: encouraging the patients to speak and discussing about his illness or pain openly to the healthcare provider. Nurses should act as patient listeners as it will make patients feel understood and being cared for.

While handling any kind of uncomfortable medical test; nurses should explain what the patient is likely to expect or feel during the conduction of the medical test,for example: rectal suppositories administration in hospitalized patients in order to help the patient in being calm and composed during the procedures and to avoid the patients from panicking and having an anxiety attack.

Nurses should address the patients’ queries as generously as possible. In addition to this,nurses should also visit to inquire about patients’ current health status after any treatment, as it will add significant value to their healthcare practices............................
