The director of the Camp Lakeview, an association associated with a spiritual group was reviewing the operations of the camp. Although it'd been successful over the past four years, the enterprise was reaching an ability crossroads. The manager realized that changes were necessitated to avert having to turn campers away.

Three options were being considered by the manager: assembling a brand new campground nearby, adding cabins and new facilities to the current campground or sending some campers to an alternative facility. A choice was needed by the magnitude of the potential changes shortly if they were to be in place before the camp season arrived.
