Yogyakarta Bus Terminal: The Private Provision of Municipal Infrastructure Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Herry Zudianto the Mayor of Yogyakarta in the month of January 2009 was re-telling the evident dissatisfaction of his first endeavor to connect the private sector in the business and provision of municipal communications.

Seven years earlier the City had awarded a 30-year concession to a local private company to construct and manage an intercity bus terminal.
