In the Middle East, an automotive company followed a compensation change. This case asks students to examine and analyze the numerous challenges related to compensation design and Human Resource management, and even Change management. The case figures out the ineffective incentive criteria’s consequences that include the dysfunctional behavior of the individuals. Specifically, a critical issue is to determine the most effective incentive design that whether individual or team incentives are effective, and why. The B and C part of the case disclose more information for students so the more and more information would keep them interested in finding the ways to tackle many of the issues that arise, such as a near mutiny.
