Workplace Design: New Managerial Imperative Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The nature of work is changing: it is more global, more than the team, and more dependent on information technology. Academic researchers have investigated the impact of these changes on the organizational management, technology, and culture, but little attention was paid to the physical environment in which such work. Managers, meanwhile, is trying to cope with the many challenges of designing workspaces to better meet the needs of their organizations, employees and other stakeholders.
