TwinHills Centro: Social Return on Investment Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

TwinHills was a community development project that is planned by a private land developer in Calgary, Canada. The programmer's utopian vision was to create a community that fulfilled a "five bottom line" model of economic, social, environmental, technological, and religious elements. The agencies including those in city council not always shared this vision. The landowner identified social return on investment (SROI) as a possible tool to use to illustrate the worth of the community and expedite approvals.

Two students took on the task of urging specific uses for the TwinHills job and studying SROI. However, they ran into difficulties that complicated the decision procedure. What recommendations should the students make regarding using SROI for this project? They'd have to use abilities including cost-benefit and stakeholder evaluation, while consuming and applying the new theory of SROI to indicate the most appropriate strategy.
