It allows the doctors to more control on health issues. Tele health improves the patients care, clinical effectiveness, patient’s safety, patient experience. Tele health is considered to access easily at any interface device and the patients get 24/7 healthcare services. It would also improves the revenue of hospital.

Weaknesses:

Lack of awareness in the patients about the tele health in Thailand. In order to consult the doctors, availability of the interface devices is considered to be essential which is considered to be the major weakness. As most of the patients are located in the rural areas so the availability of the interface devices and the internet pose a weakness of the tele health services as most of the patients wouldn’t prefer to use the tele health services. Another weakness of the tele health is the consumer perception about the app, as most of the patients perceive that they wouldn’t get the efficient or quality services by using the Tele health services in comparison to personally visit the doctor………………
