Students Helping Honduras Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The student-founded, student-led non-profit organization dedicated to helping Honduras to escape from the vicious circle of poverty achieved this by engaging students in their projects from start to finish. He worked with the annual budget, supplemented by student fundraising and grants from private foundations. By the summer of 2008 he had three full-time employees living in Honduras and ambitious business plan to expand its college chapters, increasing its student volunteer visits and summer service learning internships, continue the three existing projects and start three new ones. Progress was slowed by limited resources, people and money.
