Stock Research Group (SRG) is an information broker. The main activity of SRG is serving as a collection point for information useful to investors who wish to invest in small-cap mining companies. SRG, in fact, draws potential investors on the site, and then sends them to specific sites of the companies in which investors may have an investment interest. SRG income comes from mining companies, which typically pay impression basis (the "eye" taken to their web page). Resource companies are willing to pay for it, because by themselves they are much less likely to attract more traffic to the investor. SRG is also in the business of development of web pages for these small-cap resource companies, as a whole the company does not have in-house expertise to create and maintain their web presence. SRG thus represents a new kind of business - Specialized infomediary or information broker. SRG is doing quite well financially, that is not true of many Internet companies.
