Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) had the mission to become an expert on living with a spinal cord injuries in the province of Ontario, Toronto. The marketing manager of SCI felt need, after the first quarter results of 2014, to revise the business activities to align with its mission. SCI is a nonprofit organization and facilitating the patients with spinal cord injuries to achieve full community participation and self-reliance.

The marketing manager was considering to develop the ways that could help to monitor the organizational performance against its strategic goal.
