Walmart has more than 2500 stores while Group Exito has 567 stores in Colombia, the Group Exito has more than 50% market share, and from its launch Rappi company completed the deliveries over 250,000. As the company deliver the product in different cities, the customers are becoming more attractive because it is very cheap service of buying the product. Along with that company delivering the product to their customer very fast so the most of the customers is preferring to goods the goods through Rappi service.

As the customers are more attractive to the company’s services so the manager of the company decided to serve these service in other markets so that many customers will get the benefit of these service at cheaper rates. The manager of the company decided to grow their business in Latin America, as the people of the Latin America are very busy, and most of the customers don’t want to waste their time on shopping they always prefer to buy the product in less time period. In addition to, some of the customers worry about the risk of delivery so according to the Rappi company has to make some changes which reduce the risk of problems arising through delivering the goods. In addition the company is trying to make partnership with P&G retailers companies so the company will able to serve different products to the different customers effectively and efficiently.
