This case study is about the planning and execution of charity project where Our group has been selected to organize a charity donation event where there will be gathering of people to support Autistic Patients in the region of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia the event will take place on 14th of July our group has been given responsibility to organize the aspects of this event including booking a venue, ticketing, invitations to guests, entertainment, advertising and over all execution of this event.
The purpose of this report is to give a proper plan regarding project including project objectives, the stakeholder analysis, critical success factor of this charity project , major milestones , project tasks, the work breakdown structure , responsibility matrix and risk assessment of this project, the details are as follows.

The project will be held on 14th July the work on the project will start at least 3 weeks earlier than the 14th July the work on the project will start as soon after we have been funded and given go ahead in term of finance and scope of the project. This project will provide a platform to Autistic patients to meet people and have some quality time as these patients are unable to enjoy such events on regular basis these type of events are very rare to them. These types of events provide them opportunity to feel not lonely and to give them an impression that some people are always there for them.
The workshop will also provide the information through different speakers and guest on the causes of this disease and it will aware people how these patients should be treated in society. The event will also bring musical nights there will be food and beverages on stalls for audience. These types of events also provide friendly and informal support to the parents of such patients.
SMART OBJECTIVES
Smart objectives can be set up by considering different scopes like time and management but here the smart objectives are linked with the success of the project. The smart method helps in defining goals so that the work can be performed effectively.
The goals must be specific the first step in the fundraising goals is to make them specific for example we want to achieve from this charity more as compared to last year for charity organization the specific objectives of this charity are that we want o raise funds of atleast 300000 Saudi Riyal, the another specific goal is to gain 300 new donors, and also one of the specific goal of this charity event is to increase 20% donations for charity as compared to last year. Also the specific goals are to make minimum of 150000 riyals of profit
Furthermore without a quantifiable goals there is no way the specific goals can be measured so measurable goals means that setting a premise over which the success or failure of this charity can be measured the measurable goal of this charity is to at least raise 15% donations this year for the charitable organization to measure the success of this project. The success of profit will be measured against the actual profit that will be generated from project...............
