  • Although the company has achieved its some of the goals. But to expand more, the company needs to be careful about the cost and benefits of the CSR strategy. The company has to ensure the degree of the value addition of CSR on the company’s profitability. For this company needs to measure the benefits of CSR with the cost of performing CSR. If the cost is more, so the company should change its CSR strategy.

The company should evaluate the cost of recruiting employees and compare with the benefit it receives from these employees. If the cost is more as compared to the benefit. The company should find another way of employment engagement. For instance, motivate the employees with intrinsic factor instead of extrinsic.
  • In order to achieve competitive advantage globally, the company has to focus on the brand image. Moreover, the company has to build the good relationship with other customers and suppliers. They are the key drivers to accomplish the goals of the company. The upside of maintaining good relation would be the increase in potential customers.
