Network channels and integration

Currently my LinkedIn profile is not extremely effective because I haven’t spent much time in America before therefore people and professionals aren’t many part of LinkedIn profile.  Although I have updated it with my exceptional academic background and it is also supported by the addition of my practical hands on experience in different firms like Spintex Branch, Accra and Standard Chartered bank. As far as my resume is concerned, it becomes more effective after the addition of Master in Business Administration degree on it. Moreover, it also contains some specific information related to my skills and expertise in which I am quite good. At this stage I must consider it as incomplete because there needs to be an addition to some really helpful workshops and courses which are yet to be attended.

Building and Leveraging Networks

To build and leverage my network I would communicate in a persuasive manner by convincing them for the appropriate decision. I would for sure make a practice that I would support my communication through the solid logics and relevant justifications. Being persuasive, always might not work for me, therefore the element of negotiating should also be part of my communication where I could realize the needs and wants of another person. As far as the Pfeiffer’s list is concerned, I would construct my positive image in front of my colleagues and bosses.  Moreover to get the best outcomes I would specifically observe and pay attention to those people who are my ideal, specifically in my field of corporate finance.

Leading with a Network Lens

To be more effective in a leadership position I need to be competitive from all aspects. I would develop my path in a manner that I would first find a best role model whom I could follow. Then I will observe him and would conduct the analysis of his/her strategies. Beside these observations I would try to construct the bridge between me and my inspiration for more and more effective learning.  By working on these elements I can easily formulate my leadership development program in a really optimistic manner.

To get more success I would continue to be aggressive as much as I can because currently I am not that much aged where I could stop my struggle to win. As I will progress in my life there are immense chances that I might not be able to get the job completely related to the field of corporate finance. Other issues like the office work environment or women harassment might also chase me, but I would for sure take it as a challenge rather than a threat............................
