Merloni Elettrodomestici SpA: The Transit Point Experiment Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Merloni Elettrodomestici is a leading Italian manufacturer of household appliances. In 1986, the exhibition is scheduled for clients Merloni in the warehouse Milano regional. In the two months prior to the event, when the stock should not be stored, the company holds the "staging" experiment.
