Loafing in the 21st Century: Enhanced Opportunities–and Remedies–for Withholding Job Effort in the New Workplace Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The electronic workplace, the increased relevance of handling beliefs of work performance, along with a greater emphasis on teams and knowledge work are among variables that relate to higher rates of withholding effort among complex workers in the 21st century.
