Lit Motors Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Lit Motors' creator, Daniel Kim had started the company to design and make an efficient electric 2-wheeled vehicle. The designs had been refined by the firm for the key technologies demanded and had a functioning prototype, an awareness of the manufacturing procedures to be used along with a record of the parts needed.

They also had a design prototype that creates reactions to pricing levels and they had used to conduct customer tests. At this junction, the management was targeting to raise $15M to draw nearer to the manufacturing prototypes, but had they adequately proved out both the production feasibility and the marketplace demand? How could they address the next hurdles in terms of venture building, supply chain management and go-to -market strategy?
