John Ellis in the Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case focuses on the John Ellis, executive director of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. As an outsider to order, Ellis was taken to turn around the department and plans for the future. Four years after Ellis tension and improve HHS, a number of new economic and social changes have been introduced with the opening of a casino, a golf resort and a new motorway.
