Jeffrey Sonnenfeld (B): The Road to Redemption Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Jeffrey Sonnenfeld was a professor at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He was a "star" at Emory and was extremely popular with the students. He has also been extremely successful in raising funds for the Center of Emory Leadership and Career Studies. He had a close relationship with some of the most powerful leaders and business leaders in the country who regularly visit the conference center, which he led. It was common knowledge that Sonnenfeld had conflicts with the business school dean and dean of the whole university. Sonnenfeld was caught on video camera to jump up and down the corridors of the School of Business, and possibly scraping the walls.
