At least a decade ago, researchers recognize the importance of leaders to effectively perform the intervention team. In this article, we consider the role of activities to strengthen the choice of technology in the virtual environment. We believe that both proactive and reactive measures can be used to solve a virtual team, when it comes to the choice of technology.
