At least a decade ago, researchers recognize the importance of leaders to effectively perform the intervention team. Now, advances in technology have changed the way collaboration teams work together in addition to the problems they face in relation to technology and collaboration. In connection with these changes, it is important to look at the events and how they can be technology driven or injected. Advances in technology-driven interventions can have a significant impact on the virtual project management and online education. In this article, we consider the role of activities to strengthen the choice of technology in the virtual environment. We believe that both proactive and reactive measures can be used to solve a virtual team, when it comes to the choice of technology. We have identified six interventions (active and reactive), which were used to bring the seven global maritime development teams, and the results of their use.
