The Leading Hotels of the World, with 25 global offices and more than 430 member hotels, composed of the executive team of 10 members and had to implement the most lucrative plan for hotel engagement scorecard (HES) that was one of four company goals for the year.

The director of analytics and reporting and his team presented the HES to the board that was appreciated and gained recognition among all members. He wondered how HES innovation could move forward and assist member hotel as much as possible.
