NFL Club Business Management Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case looks at the challenges facing the three National Football League (NFL) team in 2004: Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans and San Francisco 49ers. The case is written from the point of view of a consultant who will be moderating the debate on business management challenges faced by NFL clubs.
