1         Leadership Strategy for Stephanie

There are several strategies which the CEO of the company can deploy to keep his staff motivate and to move beyond with the current idea of Brrrd. However, the main question here is that should the company move forwards with the same idea or should it be altered completely or slightly.

Moreover, there are numerous leadership strategies which can give a clear idea to Stephanie to move forwards. On the other hand, it is recommended for the company to stick with the current idea of Brrrd since, there are several things which have been attached with the product as the company made a good market image, huge margins and excess growth with the product.

Moreover, she has to create brainstorming and innovation sessions to getnew ideas to solve the problem. Finally, she has to challenge the team mates and appreciate them for their efforts. On the other hand, she also has to communicate all these things to the BODs to get a better response since, the investors are claiming that Stephanie is playing with investors’ money.

1.2        Intellectual Simulation

Now Stephanie has to motivate and welcome her employees for their innovative and creative ideas for the growth and survival of the Brrrd. Afterwards, she also has to ensure that she is not pointing out mistakes of her employees and not discouraging them in public. She also has to motivate them not to hesitate even if they’re suggesting weird ideas.

1.3        Idealized Influence

She has to influence her employees in a way that they will be willing to make additional efforts for the company and going out of the box to think and generate new and innovative ideas to ensure the survival and above average margins of the Brrrd.

1.4        Individualized consideration

She also has to work as a mentor for her employees to reward them for their innovation and creativity. Moreover, she also has to give individual rewards and attention to all the employees and rewards them as per their core competencies and efforts made for the problem.

By adopting the transformational leadership strategies, the company will be able to overcome the problem and it will also be able to ensure the survival of the Brrrd while keeping the directors satisfied...........
