IBM China Development Lab Shanghai: Capability by Design Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

When IBM moved from the traditional territory on the basis of an international organization to what it called a globally integrated enterprise, he established his headquarters "Growth Markets" in Shanghai and "established markets" in New York.
