FUTUR-Working towards Social Inclusion Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

FUTUR a small non-profit organization founded in Barcelona in 1996. Its aim is to create a social and labor opportunities for potentially excluded persons such as former prisoners, a single mother with no income, battered women, homeless people, people over 45 years old, suffered from long-term unemployment, drug addicts and alcoholics, and immigrants mainly from Latin America and North Africa, the challenge of adapting to life in Barcelona.
