First Virtual Holdings, Inc (FVHI) is an online payment company, based in San Diego, California. Original FVHI on offer Internet payment system based on customer acquisition and use "VirtualPIN" number for online purchases, but not credit card numbers, were not successful. Consumer apathy to the system, in conjunction with the supplier of interest, did not allow them to achieve the critical mass required to make the system viable. In response to the failure of the payment system, FVHI decided to change my focus. The company has developed an interactive banner ad, about the size of a regular banner advertising websites. "VirtualTAG" features, such as a mini-web page in the page. The user can click through the pages of the banner without leaving the page on which the banner was found. VirtualTAG can have many uses, such as providing information or assistance operations. FVHI intends to develop and license administrators VirtualTAG web page. They also intend to include VurtualTAG in e-mail. VirtualTAGs can be used as a form of "mass" interactive online advertising, although the company is quick to point out that the technology is only going to focus and the consumer's consent.
